About Me
I am Aditya Singh, a 23 years old ambitious guy who is chasing some big dreams in life. I was born and brought up in the remote state of Nagaland where my dad was a professor at a government college. I had a deep interest in technology since my school days. So much that i was able to understand and hack linux kernel when i was in class 8. Throughout my school days, i used to be continuously involved in software development and programming. I was preparing for IIT-JEE at a coaching center when i dropped out of studies to start my business in 2007.
I made a blog and made some money with the help of adsense. That’s where everything started. Post that, i started several content monetization websites. Did it for several years. In 2009, i got the first break when i sold one of my websites for 6000$ (About 2.5 lac then). This got me the capital to invest back into affiliate marketing. I started my digital advertising company called “Advertex Marketing” which was renamed to “Impulse Media” in December 2008 when i was around 20. I shifted to Delhi in May, 2009. The company provides lead generation, affiliate marketing, online customer acquisition to a large number of clients. We do that for many global sites, online dating, ecommerce and gaming companies. We give them registrations / acquisitions. We became very active in the indian market by mid – 2010. Our team grew to 4. We brought big clients on board – SnapDeal, GroupOn-UK and UAE, Club Mahindra, NIIT, Shaadi.com , InfoEdge and the list continues. Our turnover crossed many crores in 2011. Our vision at Impulse Media is to become a 100 crore company by the end of 2014.
Apart from Digital Advertising, I have interests in Film Production, E-Commerce and Charity which i plan to do in future. I sponsored school education of 5 kids till date. Plan to add more every year. I am currently also involved in producing a film which will go on floors in 2013.
I love people who are ambitious, who have a purpose of life and who work towards getting it. In order to be happy in life, you need a purpose. A purpose which keeps you going despite all ups and downs. For me, it is entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs create opportunities for everyone to make money and show their talent. That gives me a platform to meet and interact with new people which i enjoy.
Two major lessons learnt -
- Entrepreneurs never fear loss. They take chances and risks in a calculated manner, and it always pays off with time.
- Time, Direction and persistence are important factors. You need to be patient and put in time, energy, focus in one direction to be successful.

Hey Adi, it seems you are real Down to earth guy. Keep it up and do not believe in any sarcastic comments. Your words reveal clearly that you are going to be nice and successful Entrepreneur because you also seems honest person.
